Terms
The short version, in plain English. Nothing here is a surprise later.
What you get
A faithful rebuild of your existing site in Framer: the pages and CMS collections listed in your quote, matching your current layout, content and style. Your URLs are preserved and redirected. The finished project is transferred to your own Framer account.
What this isn’t
It’s a rebuild, not a redesign. New design work, new pages beyond the quote, online stores, courses and member areas aren’t included. If you want changes to the design, tell me and I’ll quote it separately.
What I need from you
Access to your current site’s content, and a reply within a couple of working days if I ask you something during your build week. Delays in getting these back may push your delivery.
Timing
You pick a build week. I start on that Monday and deliver inside that week. If I’m going to miss it, I’ll tell you as soon as I know, not after.
Price and payment
The quote is fixed for the scope listed. You pay 50% to reserve your week and the remaining 50% before I transfer the project to you. If the scan misread your site, I’ll confirm the corrected price with you before starting, and you can walk away with a full refund of the deposit at that point.
Changes
If you add pages or collections after booking, I’ll quote the difference before doing the work. Nothing gets added to your bill without you agreeing to it first.
Cancelling
Cancel before your build week starts and the deposit is refunded in full. Once I’ve started, the deposit covers the work done and isn’t refundable, but you keep whatever has been built.
Ownership and hosting
Once the final payment clears, the project is yours. You pay Framer directly for hosting, the same way you paid your old platform. I don’t hold your site hostage and I don’t charge you to leave.
